Non-Refundable Deposit Terms for Catering & Grazing Orders
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and confirm your catering order.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Why the Deposit Is Non-Refundable
Your deposit covers:

Reservation of your event date and time

Ordering and purchasing of fresh produce and specialty items

Preparation, admin time, and scheduling within our team
Because these costs begin immediately, deposits are strictly non-refundable.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event/delivery date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations

If you cancel at any time, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event require full payment, as ingredients and preparation will have already begun.
5. Changes to Your Order
We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but:

Any changes must be made no later than 5 days prior to the event.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect your final balance.
6. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule:

You may transfer your deposit to a new date once, provided you give at least 7 days' notice and the new date is available.

If no suitable date is available, the deposit remains non-refundable.
7. No-Show or Incorrect Details
If the customer provides incorrect delivery details or is unavailable upon arrival, the order will be marked as fulfilled.
No refunds apply.
